| "Sun House" leisure resort is
a closed community located just few kilometers from the Black See
coast on the foothills of Stara Planina Mountain. It has 9 buildings
with a total usable area of 5000 square meters. Each building includes
several apartments. They are situated so that they can take advantage
of the panorama view. A pool and a small restaurant form the heart
of the complex. The appearance of the resort is inspired by traditional
